The materials are the choice of the artist, but would be expected to blend into and be sustainable for the landscape.

Practical construction such as build feasibility, structural and surface soundness, resistance to weathering, and required, ongoing maintenance should be considered.

Artists must be 18 years of age, and may submit as an individual or as a team.

All submissions must include artist biographies for each participant and artist statement(s) with a summary of the concept submission.

All monument submissions must be received by August 31, 2023 at midnight CST, and submitted through this website portal.
